Supported Rate
This rate allows people with access to fewer financial resources to access coaching.- You are a single-income household and you earn less than £25k a year
- You sometimes struggle to cover your basic needs.
- You hold identities that impact your access to financial resources.
Fair Rate
This rate is calculated based on my assessment of the value of this offering- You have relative financial stability (eg you earn £25-£50k per year).
- You’re part of a multi-income household.
- This price would feel like a stretch for you, but you would still be able to cover your basic needs.
Pay-It-Forward Rate
This rate supports me in making my coaching work wildly accessible.- You are always easily able to meet your basic needs, with income to spare.
- You earn over £50k per year
- You have access to financial resources (eg from inheritance. property, family or a partner).

Option 1: Pay-per-session
Use the links below to schedule individual sessions and pay on a per-session basis.
I offer this option because people integrate coaching at different rates and because as we work together over time, the frequency of our sessions might well decrease. If you’ve ever worked with a therapist, you’ll likely be familiar with this way of working together.
You can book as many sessions as you want on a one-off basis.
That said, if you’re new to coaching, I recommend that we work together consistently over 3-6 months, as this is the length of time that it generally takes people to become familiar with the tools and practices I offer.

Option 2: Book a package of 10 sessions (and pay for nine!)

I offer this option for people who want the ease of booking a single package of sessions at a regular weekly time slot.
Also, it’s extremely common during coaching (or most activities that feel stretch-y…) that there will be times when you just don’t want to attend a coaching session, and paying up front can be a way to support you in keeping this commitment to yourself. Resistance is a natural part of being human and it doesn’t mean something is going wrong.
For example, I choose this option when I book ballet classes, because it helps me turn up consistently, but if it doesn’t feel good for you, that’s cool.
I’m choosing to offer coaching in shorter packages because people have different needs. You can work with me for as long or as little as feels good for you and I want to honour your agency in making that decision.
